Noid 19.5 Purple rebloomer

This noid has never bloomed for me in the spring and it finally bloomed in the fall for me. It isn't very tall, so I thought it was a dwarf, but have been told it "could be" Eleanor Roosevelt. Since there isn't much info on Eleanor Roosevelt in terms of height, I am not labeling this iris.
