‘Congratulations’ (Keith Keppel, R. 1982). TB, 35″ (89 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards blue, violet flush on midrib; falls pansy violet, slightly lighter toward edge; beard blue at base, tipped yellow; slight sweet fragrance.
